Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you complete command over your email mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can create a new email mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Also, you can redirect emails from one e-mailbox to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and guard your email mailboxes against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtering your incoming mails according to specific criteria set by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your email accounts and specify the email filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply select the electronic mail account you would like to forward email messages from, then select the target email box and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your e-mail boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mail boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
